"HIS BODY OF WORK, THE WORK OF HIS BODY: ON THE LEGACY AND FILMS OF CHRISTOPHER LEE"

Jacob Lau is a Carolina Postdoctoral Fellow in the Women's and Gender Studies Department through the Program for Facult y Diversity at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  His work centers on trans of color archives, cultural production, affect, and temporalities and appears in the Graduate Journal of Social Science,  TSQ Transgender Studies Quarterly, and the Los Angeles Review of Books.  Along with Cameron Partridge he is the coeditor of Michael Dillon's 1962 trans memoir Out of the Ordinary: A Life of Gender and Spiritual Transitions (Fordham University Press, 2016) for which he also coauthored an introduction.
