Mobility Justice

All people should have access to freedom of movement, as well as access to needed services, goods, information, and places. Mobility justice is both a field of research and an active practice that seeks to address factors, both historical and contemporary, that limit people’s movement and develops solutions that lead to liberation. Key thought leaders and practitioners of mobility justice are the Untokening collective, who authored the Principles of Mobility Justice. FRI conducts research on mobility justice in coordination with a network of justice-oriented professionals.
