Angel Trazo is a Graduate Student Researcher at the Feminist Research Institute where she manages FRI web communications and provides administrative support related to project development. She is currently a PhD candidate in Cultural Studies at UC Davis and received her MA in Asian American Studies from UCLA. Her current research focuses on Asian American women, social media, and youth cultures, specifically the Asian Baby Girl (ABG) subculture. She is also a visual artist and the author and illustrator of the children's book We Are Inspiring: The Stories of 32 Inspirational Asian American Women (2019) (artist website).
